Smith Bros. & Webb offers three types of service agreement for customers who want to ensure that their equipment operates to its optimum effectiveness.

Designed to suit all budgets there is a ‘pay as you go’ contract to offer the customer total flexibility in their operation. The standard contract covers the cost of servicing by Britannia’s own dedicated, experienced and skilled service engineers.

The ‘All-inclusive’ contract includes the cost of servicing, breakdown and call out. Within each of the service contracts are specified SLA’s providing total peace of mind that your Britannia wash system will be operational for the maximum amount of time.
